Meet our Founder

Katelynn Stone is the founder of EverRoot Academy and an educator, coach, consultant, special education leader, and administrator with 18 years of experience. She has empowered children, educators, counselors, military leaders, spouses, and policymakers across a wide variety of communities. As an Air Force spouse and mother, she is committed to expanding access to high-quality education for mobile learners and students underserved or excluded by traditional systems, offering a consistent, learner-centered program accessible from anywhere in the world. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, a K–12 administrative certification, and 6–12 ELA certification with an ESL endorsement.

Enrollment

  • $11,000 annual tuition —
    Includes 180 instructional days over 12 months (regular instruction + summer days) covering all virtual classes, community project assignments, workshops, camps, tutoring if requested, and any other programming offered by EverRoot Academy.

  • $7508 annual tuition —
    Includes 117 instructional days over 10 months. Tutoring, camps, and workshops scheduled outside of your chosen plan are excluded and will be charged separately.

  • $4,840 annual tuition —
    Includes four days per week of targeted 30 minute small group tutoring sessions and receipt of the community project assignments over the course of the academic year (39 weeks). Excludes participation in the regular instructional days, camps, and other EverRoot programming.

  • Founding Families Discounts (one per family):
    10% off first three enrolled families
    5% off next three enrolled families

    Sibling Discounts: 10% off tuition for an additional sibling (for as many siblings in a single family unit as are eligible for EverRoot).

    Military Discount: One 10% off tuition discount per active duty military family.

  • We proudly accept ESA/scholarship funding through Step Up.
